Constructed with 2 x 6 Pressure Treaded floor joists, 16” on center and a ¾ in thick floor.
Extra bracing added between floor joists for load strength.
Frame constructed with full dimensional 4 x 4 corner posts, 2 x 4 rafters, 2 x 4 wall studs and nailers of native lumber.
Exterior walls of 7/8” shipped lapped white pine.
Roofing consist of 30 year coated steel roof fastened to 5/4 purlins to increase snow load capacity.
